Information Technology University (ITU), Lahore is developing an AI-Powered Uni- versity Knowledge Chatbot Platform as a flagship product under the Artificial Intelligence Cluster initiative. This system is envisioned as a unified conversational intel- ligence platform that transforms how institutional knowledge is accessed, delivered, and utilized across universities.

Modern universities operate as complex knowledge ecosystems, where critical infor- mation related to academic programs, admissions, faculty expertise, research opportuni- ties, policies, and regulatory frameworks is often distributed across multiple disconnected sources. This fragmentation creates barriers for students, faculty, and stakeholders in accessing timely and reliable information.
