Welcome, ITU Alumni! Register here to receive your official ITU Alumni Card.

Alumni cardholders will be able to avail following facilities:

  1. Entry into university premises (Main Campus, Barki Road Lahore)
  2. Availing sports facilities in university (through registration only)
  3. Access to library (Books will not be issued from the library but can only be used within the Library premises)
  4. Priority invites to tech talks, reunions, Job Fairs and guest Lectures

Terms and Condition

  • Campus will not be used for any political purpose/activities.
  • Campus will be kept clean
  1. The Alumni Card is issued for identification purposes only.
  2. It is non-transferable and must only be used by the registered alumnus/alumna.
  3. Misuse of the card may result in cancellation.
  4. The card remains the property of the institution and can be revoked at any time.
  5. The institution reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

Alumni Card – FAQs

  1. How long does it take to get theAlumniCard?

3-4 weeks after your documents are verified.

  1. Can I apply if I’m living abroad?

Not yet, we are still working on it.

  1. Is there a fee for theAlumni Card?

Rs. 1000/- for issuance. Renewal is Rs. 500/- after 2 years.

  1. How long is the card valid?

 2 years from the date of issue. You can renew it before expiry.

Alumni cards will be delivered to your postal address in 3- 4 Weeks to your postal address
