Cookie Time at Lincoln Corner
Lincoln Corner Lahore, a project of ITU, is holding an interactive Storytelling session as part of its Conversation Club series. This event is for children aged 5-10.
Deadline for registration: 26th May
Reading aloud and sharing stories with your child is a great way to spend time together. It helps your child become familiar with sounds, words, language and the value of books, sparks your child’s imagination, stimulates curiosity and helps his brain development. By our unique storytelling tools we will be helping your child learn the difference between ‘real’ and ‘make-believe’ along with helping your child develop early literacy skills like the ability to listen to and understand words.
The story we have chosen to share is ‘If You Give a Mouse a Cookie’ by Laura Numeroff. It shows the story of a mouse who asks a boy for a cookie which leads up to a series of events.

We encourage that the parents stay with the children and participate, hence drop-offs will not be allowed. Since it’s a Story, it has a beginning and an end. Please be punctual we don’t want your precious child to miss out part of the story. Kids will be unable to participate in the fun activities planned after the story if they miss out on it.
Please note it’s a closed event and there are limited number of seats which will be filled on first come first served basis. The administration of Lincoln Corner reserves the right of admission.
Looking forward to sharing some stories and reviving the art of storytelling!
