Reading aloud and sharing stories with your child is a great way to spend time together. It helps your child become familiar with sounds, words, language and the value of books, sparks your child’s imagination, stimulates curiosity and helps his brain development. By unique storytelling tools it will help your child learn the difference between ‘real’ and ‘make-believe’ along with helping your child develop early literacy skills like the ability to listen to and understand words. The story chosen to share is ‘From Caterpillar to Butterfly” by Deborah Heiligman. It shows the stages of life cycle of a butterfly through the eyes of children in a primary classroom.

Parents should stay with their children and participate, hence dropoffs will not be allowed. Since it’s a Story, it has a beginning and an end. Please be punctual we don’t want your precious child to miss out part of the story. Kids will be unable to participate in the fun activities planned after the story if they miss out on it.
