Biography

Dr. Ramna completed her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Information Technology University, where her doctoral research focused on cutting-edge areas including meta-optics, LiFi, and optical wireless communication. During her Ph.D., she was awarded the Training and Research in Italian Laboratories (TRIL) Fellowship by The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics. She also received the International Research Support Fellowship (IRSF) from the PHEC for an exchange semester at National University of Singapore.
She obtained her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Government College University, graduating with distinction and earning a Gold Medal for her outstanding academic performance.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology in 2017
