FEE REFUND POLICY FY 2025-26

The HEC Fee Refund Policy applies to students requesting a fee refund. A student is entitled to a refund of tuition fees under the following criteria:

Withdrawal Timeline Percentage of Tuition Fee Refund
Up to 10th  day of commencement of classes 100% Fee Refund
Up to 15th  day of commencement of classes 80% Fee Refund
Up  to 20th  day of commencement of classes 60% Fee Refund
Upto 30th  day of commencement of classes 50% Fee Refund
31st  day onwards of commencement of classes No Tuition Fee Refund

The student should submit the refund form at the One Window Office along with all the supporting documents mentioned in the form. To download the form, please click below.

Please note that:

  • The Admission / registration fee is non-refundable
  • Cheque of fee refund will be issued in the name of student’s father/Guardian.
  • The timelines for refund of tuition fee are inclusive of the weekends.
  • The University dues are refundable as per HEC fee refund policy
  • Refund Application processing time is approx. six (6) weeks.
