biography

Dr. Saeed Ul Hassan is a trained Computer Scientist with more than 10 years of hands-on experience of software design and development. Dr. Saeed earned his PhD in the field Information Management from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He was then selected to work as a Post-Doctorate Fellow at the United Nations University in Macau. He has also served as a Research Fellow at National Institute of Informatics in Japan.

Dr. Saeed’s research interests lie within the areas of Bibliometric Tools for Evidence-based Research Policy Formulation, Scientometrics, Information Retrieval and Text Mining. He has published more than 20 papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at Information Technology University of the Punjab and voluntarily gives time to Pakistan Hemophilia Patient’s Welfare Society in the capacity of Vice President.
