Human resource management, organizational behaviour, leadership, knowledge management, organizational commitment, trust, diversity management, safety management, and high-reliability organizations.

Biography

Dr. Ayesha Naeem obtained her PhD in Management from University of Limerick, Ireland. She is a qualified and dedicated academic researcher, specialized in business management. Her work is particularly focused on high-reliability organizations (HROs) and education sector.

She obtained her MPhil in Business Management from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) and Master’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of the Punjab (PU).
