The Department of Examinations deals with implementation, management, and coordination of all the matters connected with the conduct of examinations at the university.
The Examinations Department ensures the integrity and smooth functioning of the examination process, from scheduling to results dissemination, while maintaining academic standards and supporting students and faculty alike. Furthermore, the Examinations department is responsible to implement HEC regulations regarding undergraduate and graduate level education policies.
The Examinations department at ITU is aimed at providing quality service to students with an open door policy for resolving queries at run time. The primary goal of the Examinations Department is to ensure best possible guidance and assistance to students with prompt and efficient support regarding the issuance of official documents i.e. final transcript, degree, provisional transcript, degree completion letter, HOPE certificate, final results etc.
