RESEARCH INTERESTS

His research interests revolve around the field of Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship. Currently, his research focuses on entrepreneurs’ social network and business venture performance. New ventures’ growth in developing countries. Organizational processes and performance. His passion is pursuing knowledge and contributing to management theory and practices by exploring profound and significant research questions that illuminate ways of addressing business and organizational issues.

Dr. Ali Ahmad Bodla has profound research and teaching experience in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. Prior to joining the Information Technology University, he was doing Postdoc at the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. He is a part of the Globe 2020 Project: Global leadership and organizational behavior effectiveness (https://globeproject.com) as a country co-investigator. He worked in an international research project ‘Global Human Resource Climates Project’ funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (File Number 890-2010-0043). He is also doing a collaborative research with the Department of Social Psychology at Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany. https://www.goethe-university-frankfurt.de/85744238/Bodla__Ali_Ahmad. He did consultancy work for the Shanghai Samsung Semiconductor Co., Ltd in strategic transformation of the human resources through organizational transition. He has earned the National Natural Science Foundation China (NSFC) funding ($30000) to contribute to the business and society through his research.

Dr. Ali Ahmad Bodla has done his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Shanghai Jiao Tong University at the Antai College of Economics and Management. He also holds a first class MS degree in Human Resource Management from the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Islamabad, Pakistan.
